We partner with purpose driven people who view film as a tool to strengthen community.
At Armadillo Collective, we understand that the key to success in any project relies on chemistry and bringing the best talent together. This is why we continually change, scale, and custom curate independent collaborators based on the project at hand.
New Work: Maine Families
Maine
Care
We partnered with Ethos to bring MaineCare stories to life. The goal? De-stigmatize what it looks like to access state-funded resources, so when people need support they aren't afraid to ask for help.
Recovery in Maine
Since 2020 we've partnered with Points North Institute and the State of Maine to produce short documentaries. These films premiere each summer at the Governor's Opioid Summit and amplify stories of leaders in the recovery community as an avenue to connect people with resources they need.
Maine Farmland Trust
Over the years, MFT has been a trusted partner and collaborator. We partnered with them before Armadillo Collective existed through Portland, ME based production studio Knack Factory and years later when AC opened its doors Maine Farmland Trust trusted us to tell a timely story about the personal impact of PFAS contamination on small farms.
Jobcase
Armadillo Collective partnered with Jobcase to create a series of cultural principle videos that showcase the company's values in an inviting and personal way. Our team worked closely with Jobcase to ensure the videos accurately reflected the company's culture and would be effective in onboarding new hires.
Maine SNAP-Ed
Alzheimer's Association of VT
Over the course of 2023, we worked with the Alzheimer's Association of Vermont and Pennington Productions to document stories of advocates living with Alzheimer's. In many cases, the experience of living with this disease is an invisible one - both for caretakers and for those experiencing its effects. These videos were created in an effort to start community conversations and show people they're not alone.
